With Yudala's Free Device Protection Plan, You Can Relax… Our protection plan is very clear and simple to understand and best part of all, it comes free of charge with any mobile device or tablet purchased from our online platform, retail stores or through one of our YuBoss associates.
If you have any issues with your device that is covered under our protection plan, you simply need to drop off your phone in one of our stores with your receipt/invoice which will serve as your proof of purchase. Once we identify the issue with your device, it will be repaired free of charge or if it is an issue that cannot be resolved, you can receive a brand new phone.
Our devise protection plan is free but only applies for a period of 365 days from the day the device was purchased. After this period elapses, Yudala can still fix your device for you but it will come at a reasonable cost. To qualify for our device protection plan, you must have bought the device directly from one of our Yudala retail stores, our online store or through one of our YuBoss agents. If the device is purchased through a reseller you will not qualify for our protection plan.

How Does it Work
